There were a couple of familiar faces among the 38 new state troopers at last Friday’s Kentucky State Police graduation ceremonies for Cadet Class 102. WJHS grad Caleb Hamm and EJHS alum Myron Jackson each officially earned the title of trooper and also earned associate’s degrees during their 24 weeks in the KSP training academy. Trooper Jackson was named class Valedictorian and also received the “Ernie Bivens Award,” presented to a cadet who shows distinction as a leader, strives for academic excellence, and has excelled in all phases of the academy’s physical and vocational training. We’re extremely proud of these JCS graduates who have chosen career paths to protect and serve the commonwealth! Congratulations, Trooper Hamm and Trooper Jackson! #WeAreJessamine
